Relaxation and Rejuvenation Escape to “The Farm”

When was the last time you really switched off, unplugged for a few nights and reconnected with nature, with yourself and your inner potential? When did you last log off your blackberry for 3 days?  Are you feeling stressed and disconnected with the world and perhaps a tad overwhelmed?  Job putting a lot of pressure on you?  Or perhaps it is the family and related obligations?  Or your relationships?  Then this is a good time to rediscover the wellness and joy within you at The Farm at San Benito in Batangas, where Jacqueline Muller is holding a restorative and nurturing retreat.

We will take advantage of all “The Farm” has to offer, and we will also be doing some gentle physical exercises for health and grounding, we will learn to breathe and relax, meditate, play and look at ways to keep stress at bay. Jacqueline will offer private “belief changing” sessions, healing sessions and flower mandala creating.

In the lush green environment of The Farm, we will perhaps do nature walks, or swim in the healing waters that come from their very own 31degrees warm well or just sit and allow nature and Jacqueline to foster a deep feeling of peace. Jacqueline and The Farm have prepared a very enticing and nourishing programme for the 4 days we will spend there, you can either participate in everything or nothing, pick and chose, it is up to you .
